We use this information to assess your application, communicate with you, manage recruitment decisions, meet legal obligations, and protect the security of the recruitment process.
Retention
If your application is unsuccessful, application information is retained for 24 months. Information may be retained longer only when you separately choose talent-pool retention or when the law requires it.
Security and access
Candidate documents are stored privately, scanned before recruiter access, and available only to authorized Wisdomland recruitment staff.
Your choices
You may ask about your recruitment information or request an applicable privacy right by contacting Wisdomland. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
